2. Services Description

Filament Forging provides custom 3D printing services. We print models based on:

  • Designs provided by you (client-uploaded files).
  • Our pre-designed architecture models or cityscapes.
  • Special requests, which may involve custom design work.

We may edit or modify client-provided files as necessary to make them suitable for 3D printing (e.g., repairing mesh errors, adding supports, scaling). Such edits are solely for printability and do not transfer any ownership rights.

All products are custom-made and produced on-demand.

  • Orders are confirmed upon payment.
  • We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal].

  • By uploading files or placing an order, you warrant that you own or have the necessary rights/licenses to the designs and that printing them does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights (including copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets).
  • You indemnify us against any claims arising from infringement related to your provided files or designs.
  • We retain rights to any pre-existing designs we create or offer.
  • For custom design work commissioned from us, ownership transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
